New Sample Policy

       M.costa will carry out new sample policy form August 15th.For all paid samples, M.costa will return the samples charge(excluding shipping cost)  to customer when received the trial or formal order. Every kind samples only return   one sample's charge.All the samples just charge symbolistic charges.
